At age 9, Lucy’s parents took her to watch her first Olympics. This event had a profound impact on her, and ever since then she has spent much of her life running.

What started as a hobby soon turned into a sporting career, taking her to the international stage and placing her alongside some of the world’s most respected coaches, mentors, psychologists, and performance experts. Through years of elite competition, Lucy learned what it truly takes to deliver results under pressure. Her success in sport became a blueprint for thriving in high-stakes environments—one she now shares with others.

Understanding that a sports career naturally comes to an end before you can draw your pension, Lucy made a strategic decision early on: to build a parallel path in business. At 18, she began her academic journey, earning both a BA and an MSc Degree. She gained hands-on experience through internships and junior roles, steadily rising into marketing leadership positions at top-tier organisations. In 2017, she became a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and in 2020, a Chartered Manager.

 

Balancing international competition with corporate leadership gave Lucy a rare dual perspective. She saw first-hand how the principles of elite sport—resilience, preparation, mindset, and marginal gains—can transform business performance and drive exceptional results.

 

Today, Lucy is ready to share those lessons. Her mission is to help individuals and organisations harness the power of high-performance thinking, so they can reach the next level…. and beyond.
